Bemar ehf. makes no endorsement, claims, or promises regarding the services offered by Bemar ehf. or partners. Bemar ehf. will not be held liable for any disputes or claims against customers. In no event shall Bemar ehf. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use or performance of a customer web site or from any information, services or products provided through a customer web site.
Regarding extra bought services or assistance, Bemar cannot promise resolution or total cost, but the customer must accept increased costs in excess of the original estimate.
Bemar ehf. takes no responsibility for data stored on the server even when taken daily backups. No guarantee is granted for reproduction and can users be charged for the recovery of data in some cases. Daily backups are taken by Bemar1 server, although it is not possible to promise or guarantee 100% safety reversibly data.
All subscriptions are based on years and renewal how does not take place within 5 days after yearly deadline will be closed and information deleted within 2 weeks. Note any extra services such as fixed IP address and SSL certificate expire 3 days after subscription year if the payment for renewal has not been paid. If subscription is canceled prior to renewal it will not be refund, your subscription (cPanel control panel) will be open for the time paid for. Domain unsubscribe on the renew day if the renewal is not paid.
All use on software other than the Bemar ehf. proposed is responsibility of the user. Images on the website are on the responsibility of domain owner.
Our server is 24-7 monitoring all year round, but service reply will be slower outside office hours in Europe.
Subscriber has read and realized that the service is provided to the best of the ability without any promise or responsibility. Subscriber agrees to this arrangement and waives all claims against the Bemar ehf. and employees, for failures, lack of access, data loss, loss of speed or lack of effectiveness of the services provided by Bemar ehf.
